A certificate, signed by a language editor, confirming that a Research or Capstone manuscript was edited for English language, grammar and mechanics.

The numerical rating and descriptive remarks for a research output (accepted, minor or major revisions, or failed), with the committee's concurrence.
Rating and routing sheet for capstone output: numerical rating, descriptive remarks and the concurrence and approval signatures.
Discloses a work or invention to the IP Office: the creators, a description of the work, the type of IP, how it was created, any public disclosure, supporting materials and AI use. Submit two signed copies to the IPTLDPU.
The agreement between KLD and student researchers covering ownership of the work, transfer of rights, warranties, revenue and royalty distribution, conflict of interest, confidentiality and dispute resolution.
Ask for permission to use the KLD logo. State the project and the intended use, agree to the logo usage guidelines and route it for approval.
Register the logo of an institute or organization: applicant details, logo status, description, color claim, declaration of usage and required attachments.
